There are many questions that come from needing a concierge service, if you do not see your question please do not hesitate to call!

How are the hours in my subscription used throughout the month? Is it ok if I exceed my subscription hours?You may use them as needed throughout the month, but they must be used for a minimum of 2 hours per visit.

What if I need help but don't live in your area?We would be able to better assist you after our initial phone call to find out your needs. In most cases, as long as your loved one lives in the Cheyenne area, we are good to go!

How much does it cost?We prefer to speak with you about what you and your loved ones need. We can customize a plan that best fits you, but we typically work in subscription models to ensure you get the best value.

What forms of payment to you accept?We accept all forms of payment.

Can I hire your services with one day's notice?We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. However, we encourage our clients to book services two days in advance so we can reserve their desired day and time.

What is a personal concierge?A personal concierge is someone willing and ready to take on your everyday tasks. We do everything from monthly grocery shopping to meal planning and prep, making appointments and running errands, and so much more! Working with us allows you and your concierge to build a solid personal relationship and gives you the confidence to know you will receive caring, dependable, confidential, and personalized service.

Does insurance cover your services?No. Please check with your insurance or Long-Term Care insurance provider to see if they have an option for reimbursement.

Can I hire you for a 1-hour service?There is a minimum charge of 2 hours per day at the applicable hourly rate.

Do you serve areas outside of Cheyenne?Currently, we only service Cheyenne.

How does billing work?Subscriptions are billed on the 1st of every month.

Do you offer gift certificates?No, sadly, we have found that a large majority are never used.

How does Summerset Senior Solutions Work?It all starts with a call! Schedule a complimentary consultation at 307-274-3409 or check our calendar to find a time that fits your schedule here. We'll work together to create a plan best suited to you and your loved one's needs. You'll receive a Client Agreement Form and a Credit Card Authorization. Both must be signed and returned within a minimum of 2 days before services beginning. Congratulate yourself for taking a huge step towards self-care. Knowing that you need a helping hand and calling in backup goes a long way to keep caring for yourself and your loved one for many more years to come. What if I don't use all the hours in my subscription?Yes, no worries if you go over. We will continue to bill you at the same subscription rate for any hours used above and beyond your specific subscription. If hours are continuously over, we will reevaluate your needs and see if the next subscription level is right for you.

Are services confidential?Absolutely! All your personal information is kept confidential and will NEVER be sold or shared with anyone that does not need direct access to help support you.

Can I mix and match the services I need, or must they all be from the same category?You are always welcome to choose any of the services you need from any category.

What if the services I need are not listed on the website?Please, don't hesitate to ask! We are happy to discuss your needs and see if it is a service that we can provide or help guide you to a provider.

Can I change services from one month to the next?Absolutely! Please log in to your Client Portal 24 business hours before your next scheduled visit to ensure we can accommodate your needs. You will receive a confirmation email of your changes.

What is your cancellation policy?Any cancelations must be emailed 24 business hours before the scheduled visit. Cancellations made with less than 24 business hours will be charged 1/2 of the scheduled hours. Subscription must be cancelled in writing by certified letter 30 days prior to the end of service date once the 90 day agreement has been satisfied.

Are you insured?Yes, we are!

Do you charge for mileageAny miles driven over ten will be billed at a rate of .60¢ per mile and added to the next month's bill to maintain a streamlined billing process.

Who uses our services?Most of our clients are adult children of aging parents. However, we have had the pleasure of working directly for the person receiving the support and spouses who are looking for a quick break and need to know their loved one is safe. We will always work with people who are willing to ask for and ACCEPT support.

Do you offer Activities of Daily Living (ADL's) services?ADL's are defined as toileting/changing, bathing, dressing, feeding, assisted walking, transferring, and medication reminders. We do NOT offer these services but would be more than happy to assist you in finding a service provider who does.

Will I get the same concierge every time?The beauty of our company is that you will always have the same personal concierge! We do our best to match personalities and ensure that you can always count on the same concierge every time.
